So while during my normal daily routine for lunch at my friends pizza shop I found myself checking out the cooler being stocked and the stack of empty containers, yes It was the containers that caught my eye not the brunette. Anyhow I had an epiphany that will make bottling day so much easier without having to spend more money on a clumsy tree or my current setup of lining the bottles upside down on paper towel after sanitizing on the counter in a what i call the pyramid of doom fashion. So anyhow the soda containers are perfect upside down 24 holes already in the tray that just needed to be opened up a bit with a 1.5" hole saw and some trimming and voila instant bottle stand. Thought that this may help and the least i could do is share considering the immense amount of input i have received from this forum. Enjoy and by the way his back deck these things were stacked 8’ high free to me and trimmed up 4 for him as well. Free and fifteen minutes.
