but this time I mean it. FINALLY got myself a place to brew here in Idaho. I’ve got a buddy who has a real nice place only about 10 mins from where I live. He was unaware of my dilema, untill today. He promptly offer to let me brew at his place. He’s got a huge, heated garage, with water. I’m gonna get my gear out of storage, and set up over there. and knock a batch out. Hopefully next week. I’m leaving for Ohio on the 18th, and will home on the 15th. I’ll bring my kegs home with me, and it’ll be ready to keg when I get back. I’ve got 12 gal of honey wheat on deck, and I’m dying for a good stout. Looks like Rockey Mountain Buckeye Brewers finally has a home!
My only concern, he’s on well water. He clamis it’s very good water, but I sure would like to get it analyzed.
I’m sure that if you keep him libated you’ll be a welcome guest ;D
That was my thought, too.
Glad to hear that you will be brewing again. I can’t possibly imagine what it would be like to not have a place to brew.
