Here’s what I have on hand. This should be enough for three 2-2.5 gallons batches.
4.5 lbs Bavarian wheat dme
3 lbs golden light dme
1 lb marris otter
12 ozs caramel 60
4 ozs caramel 80
2 ozs black patent
1 oz pale chocolate
1 oz each of amarillo, palisades, EKGs, and mittlefrueh
2 packs Munton’s regular
2 packs Nottingham
2 packs Bry-97
1 pack K-97
