Hey Drew…welcome back.

Say hi to Ted for me. I was going to go to that, but I’ll be retaking the tasting part of the exam, going for Master.
I am going to brave the semi-cold (high of 47) and Oklahoma wind to brew an American Amber. ;D
The FW Union Jack IPA Clone brewed yesterday is fermenting away.
Good Luck Denny!
Actually looking for ideas.
I have a new years party with lots of old friends. Mixed crowd, some BMC drinkers, some Craft Brew guys, and some who are in between. I want to bring a keg or two of homebrew. Need to make something that will be done in time and that will appear to the masses (without selling out!) I generally do either an irish red or northern english brown for events like this since I find they appeal to a wide assortment of folks. I keg and sometimes filter so no need to be concerned with bottle carbonation or conditioning times.
Any thoughts… Frankly I am in a funk and having some “writers block” so any motivation would help!
No brewing this weekend. Need to keg a Raspberry Cider and check up on the Black IPA I brewed last weekend to see how its coming along.
