Brewed the recipe below this morning. I went ahead and added 8 oz of Hershey’s unsweet chocolate to the boil, so I guess it makes it a Chocolate Stout.
I had a great brew weekend. Got to finally use my new banjo burners and invested in a 100lb propane tank. Also, this happened:
