Advanced Brewing Materials for AHA Forum

After discussing it this morning, Bryan and I have decided to release the archive of materials that we share on Google Drive with all of the members here. The folder currently contains 3 subfolders: Technical Papers, Academic Papers and Excel Spreadsheets.

The Low O2 Brewing Spreadsheet is there, the Low O2 Quick Reference Spreadsheet is there and I have included a convenient Bavarian Specifications Spreadsheet I threw together as well.

We will be adding to this folder now that it’s out there and if you feel there is something you’d like to see added, feel free to post it here for inclusion.

We hope this will serve as a great resource for those with an interest in deeper subjects related to brewing science.

Enjoy!

Nice work, and tank you. This ought to be stickied…

Thank you.

I’m not there yet in my own brewing but appreciate the generous sharing of information.

That’s why this stuff is now here. It can serve a resource for people who are progressing through various stages of brewing complexity.

Thanks Monk, will have to investigate thoroughly in the near future, after clicking on the link, its nice to see you back here

Got some of those, but man, some hours of reading are ahead. Thanks.

Everybody should put Kunze on their Christmas lists!

I put Kunze on my Christmas list but spelled it differently.nudge nudge, wink, wink, say no more!

Thanks.  I bookmarked the google drive page in case this thread gets buried.

Thanks for posting, Derek.

Thank Bryan too!

WOW! After seeing this list I don’t feel so geeky for asking all those funny questions at the counter of my LHBS.

Hah, how does that work out for you. Mostly funny looks I’d imagine. [emoji23]

Thank you kindly. I’ve read many of these, but I see some new ones too!

Hi, the link isn’t working for me. Does it need updating?

Try here:

That is an amazing resource.  I have read many of the papers referenced on your site over the years, but to have that much information consolidated in one place is a huge asset to the brewing community.

Coming from you Mark, that comment is much appreciated.
