Do you know how long the drippings are stored (and at what temp) before being used in Celly Drippins?

Yes I do! The hops are put into the beer as soon as they arrive from being harvested and dried. Sierra pays for trucks to drive without stopping to Mills River.

I understand they dry hop them for 10 days and they drip overnight after the tank has been emptied and flushed with CO2.
