I’ll be celebrating my birthday by brewing 5 gal of Marzen.
I’ll be brewing a commemorative batch, it’ll be a RIS on Sunday…in memory of my little black cat “BB”, he recently passed.

10 gallons of house pale ale and bottling my first batch of mead.
This weekend I’ll be making a pumpkin ale, weizen, and a smoked dark beer with juniper and maybe some other stuff. I’m not sure which will get brewed on 11/11/11, but I’ll try to knock two of them out that day.
A good excuse to go to the leeward side to escape the monsoon rains washing us away here on the windward side.
BTW Punatic Jr. (aka C4) was born on 9-9-99. This date (11-11-11) is the first time since then that the date will consist solely of the same digit.

Brewing a “mystical” pale ale with some Simcoe, Amarillo, and Cascade (Or Ahtanum if Amarillo isn’t available when I stop by my LHBS tomorrow on my way home from work).

Dusseldorf Altbier for me. Maybe I should shoot for an 11p wort, begin brewing at 11:00, and make an 11 minute hop addition? Call it “This One Goes To Eleven” Alt?

Hopefully I’ll get around to brewing my Wee Heavy on 11/11/11. I am thinking about doing an overnight mash to save some time. I will also bottle my hoppy amber.
Beer for Boobs Competition this Saturday at Weasel Boy Brewery in Zanesville. I will be judging and entering a beer, so it should be fun.
no brewing & the new electric brewery is now as complete as I can get it before I am ready to move, so nothing to work on; sigh
at least there is always QC to be done ;D
I think I might finally get around to brewing a Munich Belgain Ale.
Today we made a Sister Star of the Sun IPA. Does that count, as it is a little early?
If I had planned ahead I would have done a Nigel Tufnel tribute, but oh well. I’ve got a bitter and an IPA in fermenters that I can check up on. Or rake leaves and clean up the yard.
I don’t think I’ll have time to brew this weekend, but I do plan on starting my beer drinking tomorrow at 11am, and then drink 11 pints before 11pm. Mystical enough for me…
