Got some hops just delivered. Time to start using up the full freezer! Now I also have a grain thing going on. Have 5 unopened bags of malt.
Need to brew some homebrew!

I’m finally gonna break the 4 month brewing hiatus with Dean Larson’s “Christmas Tree Ale” recipe.
I’m brewing a Belgian strong wheat tomorrow with Wyeast 3864 and kegging a batch of DVBIP later this afternoon.
I also just finished plumbing new liquid lines in the kegerator so I can tap a keg of MO rye mild (Drew’s recipe from last month’s Zymurgy).
American IPA with the fresh Amarillo and Simcoe that just came in.
Blended a Saison from three different batches using three different yeast strains today. Also making a starter for an Abbey Dubbel tomorrow. Freed up a couple of kegs that now need to be filled. 
Going to brew a Christmas ale tomorrow… Ginger bread brown ale!
6 Gallons of Vanilla Porter! Such a great beer.
No brewing for me. I get to administer a BJCP test this afternoon. I have 6 beers ready to go.
