I need to look at the calendar to see what’s going on this weekend. If it looks clear i have and Oktoberfest to get started. I may not do it though because my oldest is graduating HS on May 25th. The party will require all of my fridge space. Hmmmm, I’ll have to think about that.
At a minimum, I need to keg a wheat I made 2 weeks ago.

Mixed up a cider last night and am planning some kind of hoppy ale for Saturday.
No brewing this weekend, but I plan on playing around with a year and a half old Flanders red, blending and adjusting sourness, etc. The Berliner Weisse that I brewed last weekend had turned my basement into a sulphur pit, but it seems to be subsiding. :

Still working on small beers for the summer, so I’m thinking I’ll tweak the NEB Big Brew recipe to OG < 1.040 and hopefully FG ~ 1.016. I’ll also sub debittered black malt for the roasted barley. Maybe some toasted, flaked oats for body?
I’m hosting the Big Brew for the First State Brewers club in Delaware. I’ll be brewing the Bucksnort Brown Ale - All Grain recipe.
