For Big Brew our club is brewing a dubbel that will be aged in bourbon barrels.
Brewing an American Pils tonight. Something along the lines of Avery’s Joe’s American Pilsner.
Lots of Big Brew Day events in our area. I think there are 4 sites in Tampa.
I’ll be re-brewing my Belgian Golden Strong at the LHBS.
The wife asked for a IIPA, who am I to argue! ;D
Brewing Fred Bonjour’s Amarillo Pale Ale on Sunday! Kegging my Snap on Friday evening.
Not brewing anything myself, but on Saturday I’m going to the Big Brew Day at my LHBS (Mountain Homebrew in Redmond), and on Sunday I’ll be cracking open the first bottle or two of my Raspberry Wheat to check the carb (it’s been two weeks since it went into the bottles).
Maybe I’ll see some of the other Seattle-area folks for Big Brew Day!
Just pitched 2 different yeasts into starters for a 10 gallon batch of BoPils next week. I’m splitting the batch to compare the two.
Finally planting my garden this weekend. Hope to finish wiring the control panel on my brewstand and then it’s testing which will make it complete.

Also kegging an Black IPA/Cascadian Dark/American Style Dark Ale, and moving my Octoberfest from primary fermenter to the lager keg.

Brewing up a batch of American Brown Ale and dry hopping the IPA that was brewed last weekend. Looking forward to it.
Kegging tonight. 10 gallons of Irish stout (for a party Saturday night), and 5 gallons of Belgian dark strong.
Finished up a Belgian Golden Strong tonight (err, rather this morning).
Don’t know why I’m inconsistent on hitting gravities and efficiency, but it’ll still be beer.
