Late start. Just mashed in on a 10g batch of an all Galaxy AIPA. Nice aroma to these hops. Getting a starter of 1272 going for next weekend’s all Centennial AIPA.
Just brewed 320 gallons of bohemian pilsner the other day. Double brew and long day. But it is fermenting now.
