What's Brewing This Weekend - 6/1 Edition

So what’s on your plate?

Judging the BUZZ Off Competition at The Iron Hill in West Chester, PA. on Saturday.  Sunday will be gardening and yardwork.  No brewing this weekend.

Working on GIS final project, no brewing for me :frowning:

American Wheat. 10 gallons, half dry hopped and the other half with peaches. yumm

Will probably keg the Flanders Red that is ready and start bottling beers for Delaware’s Battle of the Brews comp.

American amber… Nomnomnom!

-Sent from the future.

Brewing is on hold until mid June.  I will be going away next week and don’t want to leave anything without proper temperature control (IE changing ice in the swamp cooler)

Brewed yesterday, working this weekend.

Installing a new front door this weekend.  I will need a beer when I’m done but will not have time to brew anything.

On the up side - all the kids are out of school and the graduations are done!  There may be hope to brew again in a week or two.  8^)

Brewing a Grodziskie. Drinking my DIPA (primed with coconut sugar), and my Saision (Brewed with coconut sugar–hat tip morticaixavier).

Found some great blackberries last week. Starting a blackberry lemon melomel tonight. Brewing a hefeweizen tomorrow with some victory malt for some bready toasted notes to go with the banana bread spiciness from the 3638. Gonna split half the batch off after primary to secondary over blackberries. First half should be done in time for my sons birthday cookout. Hoping to have the blackberry half done by then but it will be a close call on whether its carbed enough in time.

I’m going to brew my IPA for a competition in July.

Got a couple friends coming in from out of town this weekend. Hitting up Bear Republic, Russian River, and Iron Springs on Saturday. But getting up bright and early to brew a Blind Pig clone before they get here.  ;D

Going to Santa Fe to brew with my big brother. Probably going to do a Mexican negra, although without lagering capabilities, I suppose it’ll be more of a brown ale. Thoughts on kolsch yeast as a substitute, anyone?

Brewing a wit tomorrow evening. It got hot early this year, so this year’s first batch is going fast.

Brewing a robust porter on friday, have to either keg or secondary the kolsch that is sitting on the  yeast the porter is going to use first though. also have a sort of undefined, amber, IPA, mild, esb session thing that I brewed last weekend that is probably ready to keg as well but I will likely leave that alone for a week or so.

Not brewing but will be using the burner/megapot for boiling water for the Scout’s fundraiser spaghetti dinner & silent auction.

I’m planning on brewing a SN Celebration-style IPA tomorrow.

Brewing a Belgian Dubbel, racking the mead and cider to bright tank, and dry hopping the rye PA. Oh and bottling so I can kick a couple of nearly empty kegs. Yes I have nothing better to do.

Brewing a Honey Wheat for a wedding later this summer.
