Serving two kegs of homebrew at my annual pre-Memorial Day party. Got a BoPils and an ESB to tap for Saturday. Taking the day off to smoke up 14 lbs of pork butt for pulled pork BBQ on Friday.
Brewing up a Kolsch tomorrow. A day off from work is a great day to brew beer.
10 gallons of O-Fest this weekend. Half 2206, half 2633.
i will probably brew another pale ale. it will be my second all grain. yesterday’s brew day went very well and i want to continue on!
Bottling my XPA. Got 5# of local wildflower honey the other day, so I may take a first stab at a melomel if I find any fruit that is worthy.

I may take the day off Tuesday to brew a cream ale. I’ll also be bottling some coffee stout from the keg for a friend.
Brewing a Belgian Golden Strong Ale tomorrow and a Kolsch on Monday!
Hoping to brew 18 gallons of a pale pilsner based wort about 20 IBUs FWH with Sterling and then equally divide the wort to make a helles, kolsch, and Belgian blonde.

I’ve got an 18+ hour day on Mem. Day doing a Jack White show. May brew today, maybe later next week. I’ve got an APA grist ground and I’ll dig through the hop freezer and try to use up a bunch.
The white stripes and Tenacious D should do a comedy/music show and call it “It’s Black and White, Jack”.
I don’t understand it, why would you spend that much time getting a show set up? Are you building the stage too? Are you setting up all their gear? Loading and unloading all their gear?

Friday - Cleaning and cooking and graduation.
Saturday - Graduation Party.
Sunday - Cleaning again.
Monday - Sleeping.

Load in for the PA starts at 8 AM. Band gear comes at 10 AM. Lighting will run from 8 AM til late afternoon. Sound check and rehearsal will be from early afternoon til maybe 4-5 PM. Dinner, then a 3 hour show starting at 8. Loadout from 11P-2A. Pretty typical schedule for a big rock show.
Now that’s just ridiculous for one guy to have to endure.
